Michael Canzian is the Managing Principal and Founder of a management consulting, corporate turnaround and private equity firm. Mr. Canzian has expertise in leading companies ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to large corporate entities in various industries and geographies in turnaround, optimization, and rapid growth modes through to exit.

Mr. Canzian has held various C-level positions in large corporations and small entrepreneurial ventures in industries ranging from aerospace, financial services, software and technology, and industrials in both domestic and global environments. He has served on multiple boards of both corporate and non-profit organizations. Mr. Canzian has an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science degree in AT-Aeronautics from Purdue University and is a certified flight engineer and commercial pilot.

It’s a leisure activity that we all get to enjoy–it’s relaxing yet also thrilling.
